County Dialysis patient Orpheus Allison, speaking at an open house held to celebrate the Presque Isle center’s new space, with TAMC chief medical officer Jay Reynolds, interim CEO Glenda Dwyer and board chair Gene Lynch. Allison, a longtime journalist and educator, was working in Guangzhou, China, when he found out he would need to receive kidney dialysis. Before County Dialysis opened in 1997, Aroostook County dialysis patients had to carpool downstate.
